Airbrush Tour — L.A. Style
Sunday, February 19th, 2006It’s been a full and colorful weekend. We’ve connected and broken bread with some really great airbrush talent and industry personalities. Friday at Coast Airbrush, then evening tasty delights with Craig Fraser and Dave Monnig with his family; Saturday dinner with Noah and his family and a tour of his new studio… then more fun at Coast Airbrush on Sunday. We’re grateful for digital cameras, because we took about the equivalent of seven rolls of film. In the old days, this weekend alone would have cost a small fortune in film processing.
We’re anxious to bring all this great stuff to you and we will - in the next few days. Stay tuned.
Every drive we took from Lake Elsinore gave our GPS unit a real workout this weekend. How have people survived the L.A. freeways without GPS technology? I’d be lost.

On our way to Anaheim today, we were taken in by the beauty of the lake we just left. We stopped to snap this shot…

…and take in the incredible view of the lake from the Ortega Highway (aka Hwy. 74) just a few hundred feet above the lake’s 1,255 ft. elevation.
