Hawaii’s Tiki Master Goes Fine Art

Turns out that our friend Dennis Mathewson, the Cosmic Airbrush guy, is also an accomplished fine artist. Actually, we knew it all along, but he’s kept it a bit under wraps while he’s built a body of art for gallery walls. So, given that, AirbrushTour is excited (and proud) to debut his new Tiki series of fine art to you all, now showing at Pictures Plus Galley on front street in Lahaina, Maui. It’s new - it’s cool - and it’s fun, so stop in and check these out in person. It makes me want a tiki theme game room just so I could justify collecting.

A personal favorite of mine. Dennis’ work is beautiful whether flames or tikis.

Those of you who airbrush might find it interesting that Dennis has a line of Tiki templates available through many art supply stores and automotive paint shops. They are called “Tiki Master” and you can get the goods on them at Iwata-Medea.com.
