The Zabamobile
We stopped in again this past weekend at the Cars and Coffee event that happens weekly gathering of cars and enthusiasts in Las Vegas. Seems we can’t get enough of the cool local cars to compliment the hot weather. This week we discovered a gem of a ride in this beautiful Caddy sitting all flamed and ready to roll. Spotting it from half a block away, we were called to her, like a cold beer on a hot day, sitting there topless and ready for pics.
That’s when we met Robert, driver of this ride and purveyor of great Mexican grilled dishes, who takes the Zabamobile, as he calls her, to the local events for a little well-deserved attention.
The Zabamobile is the flagship vehicle, acting as the mobile ambassador of Zaba’s Mexican Grill restaurants. You are likely to catch a glimpse of this impressively restored classic Cadillac anywhere in the greater Las Vegas Metro area.
